We source or produce our own stationery or gift items, products that are best suited to cultivate a motivational learning environment.
When will my order arrive?
We shall try delivering your order around 14 days. Our customer service team will contact you should we need more delivery lead time.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be sent to you either by mail, by courier or by our logistic team.
How do I pay for my order?
We will deliver your order together with an invoice. You can settle our invoice in 2 ways:
1) By cheque. The cheque should be made payable to "Colon Group Limited" and mail to "Unit 1401, 14/F, Connaught Commercial Building, 185 Wanchai Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong". Please write invoice number at the back of the cheque
2) By bank deposit. You can make cash deposit into our bank account as listed on our invoice. Please make sure to fax or email us the deposit slip with the invoice number written on it so that we know you have settled your bill.
Sometimes, products you order may not be available because of various unforeseeable reason. So please do not make any payment to us before you receive our final invoice.
What is your returns policy?
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you find the products you receive are not in-line with our product descriptions, or if the product is damaged during the delivery process, we are very willing to accept product return or exchange. But we will not accept unwanted or opened item return.
Is there a delivery charge?
A delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged if the total transaction amount is less than HK$500. For order over HK$500, no extra delivery fee will be charged. We suggest you to group the orders with your colleagues/friends to enjoy our free delivery.
Do you only serve education organizations or schools?
We are happy to serve other types of customers as well, but then the payment term may be different. For example, C.O.D. may be required for individual consumer. Please contact our customer service team for details.
I do not live in Hong Kong. Can I order your products?
We are working very hard to extend our coverage, but in the meantime we are only serving the Hong Kong market.
